We’re excited to offer exclusive pre-orders for select official Pokémon products. Pre-ordering guarantees you early access to upcoming releases — but it also requires advance preparation on our end. Please read this policy carefully before placing a pre-order, as it includes important terms, timelines, and cancellation rules.

📦 Pre-Order Fulfillment

• All pre-orders will be shipped on or before the official release date, unless otherwise noted. In rare cases of supplier delay, we’ll notify you immediately with an updated timeline.
  
• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will ship once all items are available.
  
  👉 To receive in-stock items earlier, place a separate order.
  

❌ Cancellations & Strict No-Refund Disclaimer

Pre-orders are advance reservations of high-demand items. Canceling after placing an order disrupts our planning and allocations with suppliers. Therefore, please note the following:

• You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via Chat Support on our website. After 24 hours, your order is confirmed and cannot be canceled for any reason.
  
• We do not accept cancellations, refund requests, or change-of-mind claims after this window — regardless of shipping status, personal reasons, or wait time.
  
• If you cancel within the allowed window, a 10% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  
• We politely ask customers to not pressure or email repeatedly requesting cancellations beyond the allowed period — all such requests will be declined.

📦 Product Allocations & Stock Shortages

• Pre-orders are subject to limited allocation from our official Pokémon distribution partners. We do our best to avoid overselling.
  
• In rare cases, if we receive fewer units than expected, we will prioritize orders by time of purchase. Affected customers will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or store credit.
  
• We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order due to allocation issues or supplier failure, with a full refund issued.
  

🔒 Fraud & Abuse Prevention

• Orders with suspicious behavior (e.g., mismatched billing/shipping, high-risk payment patterns) may be automatically canceled.
  
• We may limit the quantity of certain items per person to ensure fair access for all.

💳 Payment Policy

• All pre-orders require 100% payment at checkout. This confirms your reservation and allows us to allocate stock appropriately.
